RETURN & REFUND POLICY
Our Satisfaction Guarantee We stand behind every piece we create. If you're not completely satisfied with your order, contact us within 30 days of delivery and we'll make it right.
Eligibility for Returns
- Items must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date
- Items must be unused and in their original condition
- Custom or personalized orders are non-refundable unless the item arrives damaged or defective
- Sale items are final sale

We'll respond within 1–2 business days with return instructions.
Damaged or Defective Items If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage. We'll send a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you — no need to return the item.
Refund Processing Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you by email. Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days back to your original payment method. Please allow additional time for your bank to process the refund.
Exchanges We're happy to exchange items for a different colour or variant where available. Contact us to arrange an exchange before returning your item.
Return Shipping Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is damaged or defective. We recommend using a trackable shipping method as we cannot be responsible for lost returns.
