SHIPPING POLICY
Processing Time All orders are handcrafted to order in our Windsor, Ontario studio. Please allow 2–5 business days for production before your order ships. Custom or personalized orders may require additional time — we'll keep you updated every step of the way.
Shipping Rates & Delivery
- Free shipping on all Canadian orders over $75 CAD
- Standard shipping rates apply to orders under $75
- We ship Canada-wide via Canada Post and select carriers
- Estimated delivery: 3–7 business days after fulfillment, depending on your location
United States Shipping We do ship to the United States. International shipping rates and delivery times will be calculated at checkout. Please note that customs duties, taxes, and import fees are the responsibility of the buyer.
Order Tracking Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking to update after you receive your shipping notification.
Lost or Damaged Packages If your order arrives damaged or goes missing in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date at ulchdesigns@gmail.com or call 226-506-8001. We'll make it right.
Local Pickup Local pickup is available at our Windsor, Ontario studio: 1214 Ottawa St, Unit 102, Windsor, ON N8X 2E6 Mon–Fri: 10am–6pm | Sat: 11am–6pm | Sun: 11am–4pm
