1. Overview These Terms of Service govern your use of ulchprints.ca and any purchases made through our store. By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.

Ulch Prints is operated from Windsor, Ontario, Canada.

2. Products All products are handcrafted and 3D printed to order using eco-friendly PLA filament. Due to the nature of 3D printing, minor variations in colour, texture, or finish may occur between items. These variations are not defects — they are part of the handcrafted character of each piece.

Product images are representative. Actual colours may vary slightly depending on your screen settings and the filament batch used.

3. Orders & Payment

  • All prices are listed in Canadian dollars (CAD)
  • We accept all major credit cards, Shop Pay, and other payment methods available at checkout
  • Orders are confirmed once payment is successfully processed
  • We reserve the right to cancel any order at our discretion, with a full refund issued

4. Custom & Personalized Orders Custom orders are made specifically for you and are non-refundable unless the item arrives damaged or defective. Please review all custom order details carefully before submitting. We'll confirm all specifications with you before production begins.

5. Shipping Please refer to our Shipping Policy for full details on processing times, delivery estimates, and shipping rates. By placing an order, you agree to the shipping terms outlined in that policy.

6. Returns & Refunds Please refer to our Return & Refund Policy for full details. We stand behind every product we make and will work with you to resolve any issues.

7. Intellectual Property All designs, images, logos, and content on ulchprints.ca are the property of Ulch Prints and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used without written permission. Our 3D designs are original works — unauthorized reproduction or resale of our designs is strictly prohibited.

8. User Conduct You agree not to use our website for any unlawful purpose, to submit false or misleading information, or to interfere with the operation of our store.

9. Limitation of Liability Ulch Prints is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the order in question.

10. Privacy Your personal information is collected and used in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We do not sell your data to third parties.

11. Governing Law These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Windsor, Ontario.

12. Changes to Terms We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of our website after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
